A WORKING APPLICATION

AI can hold a conversation. Customer Success must prove what happens next: activation, value, retention, and expansion.

I have owned enterprise technical customer relationships, improved onboarding and renewals, and built independent CS operating tools. 1mind's continuous-memory approach is the next evolution of work I already know: make the customer outcome visible and make the next move accountable.

A short, fictional operating lab follows. Every demo account and result is explicitly simulated.

Why this role.

1mind Hiring Team,

I am applying for the Customer Success Manager role because 1mind is working on something I care about: eliminating the context loss between sales, onboarding, support, and long-term customer value.

At Check Point / Avanan, I managed enterprise cybersecurity Customer Success across roughly 20–40 accounts and a portfolio of approximately $3M. At Dedrone, I helped improve renewals by 20% and engagement by 25%, while standardizing onboarding to about one month. My experience at Cofense / PhishMe also taught me how important technical accuracy, escalation ownership, and follow-through become when a customer needs an answer now.

What interests me most about 1mind is the promise of one continuous customer memory. A Superhuman can move across revenue motions, but the CSM still has to define success, verify adoption and business impact, surface risks early, and make renewals a conversation about real outcomes. That combination of technical judgment and customer ownership is where I do my best work.

I also build independent Customer Success tools through Clintware and RenewNudge. I prepared an optional, clearly fictional customer-journey lab to show how I would think about launch, activation, value measurement and renewal at 1mind. It is not a representation of your internal systems or customer data.

I would welcome the chance to discuss how I can help your customers reach measurable value as 1mind grows.

Why I'm here

I don't want the relationship to disappear after the emergency does.

I know the stretch between a technical escalation and a customer's next real decision. I've led Support at Cofense, owned enterprise cybersecurity customer relationships at Check Point / Avanan, and helped turn onboarding, engagement and renewals around at Dedrone. I built the example below because the Enterprise Customer Success Manager opportunity at Donorbox calls for clear ownership and a repeatable way to manage customer outcomes.

Check Point / Avanan

Own the relationship beyond the technical deployment

Check Point / Avanan: Managed enterprise cybersecurity Customer Success across approximately 20–40 accounts with a portfolio of roughly $3M.

Dedrone

Improve the operating rhythm, not just the activity count

Dedrone: Contributed to 20% improvement in renewals, 25% higher engagement and standardized onboarding to approximately one month.

Cofense / PhishMe

Keep difficult technical escalations accountable

Cofense / PhishMe: Owned technical Support leadership, complex escalations and cross-functional coordination.

Clintware / RenewNudge

Build the operating tools I wish teams already had

Clintware / RenewNudge: Built independent Customer Success and renewal-operations prototypes, not deployed 1mind solutions.

What I would do first at Donorbox

Start where use case intake becomes customer action

My initial priorities are tied to this Enterprise Customer Success Manager role and the actual customer workflow.

Days 1–30

Listen, map and baseline

Learn Superhuman use cases and deployment patterns; baseline adoption and value instrumentation; document technical escalation handoffs.

Days 31–60

Launch repeatable customer signals

Pilot explicit health and activation signals with a small set of accounts; define accepted sources, owners and escalation triggers.

Days 61–90

Prove the value and scale

Run sponsor-facing business reviews tying Superhuman use to measured outcomes; improve onboarding and renewal playbooks based on observed gaps.

Evidence and limits

The practical skills I would bring

Measured past outcomes and current synthetic demonstrations, with domain gaps disclosed.
