Why 1mind
1mind is solving a problem I have seen from both sides of enterprise Customer Success: customers expect continuity, but every handoff can reset context and delay value. The product's shared memory across discovery, demos, onboarding and support is compelling. The CSM work is to make that continuity measurable, safe and commercially meaningful.
Tailored cover letter
1mind Hiring Team,
I am applying for the Customer Success Manager role because 1mind is working on something I care about: eliminating the context loss between sales, onboarding, support, and long-term customer value.
At Check Point / Avanan, I managed enterprise cybersecurity Customer Success across roughly 20–40 accounts and a portfolio of approximately $3M. At Dedrone, I helped improve renewals by 20% and engagement by 25%, while standardizing onboarding to about one month. My experience at Cofense / PhishMe also taught me how important technical accuracy, escalation ownership, and follow-through become when a customer needs an answer now.
What interests me most about 1mind is the promise of one continuous customer memory. A Superhuman can move across revenue motions, but the CSM still has to define success, verify adoption and business impact, surface risks early, and make renewals a conversation about real outcomes. That combination of technical judgment and customer ownership is where I do my best work.
I also build independent Customer Success tools through Clintware and RenewNudge. I prepared an optional, clearly fictional customer-journey lab to show how I would think about launch, activation, value measurement and renewal at 1mind. It is not a representation of your internal systems or customer data.
I would welcome the chance to discuss how I can help your customers reach measurable value as 1mind grows.
